Responsibilities
Lead all hospitality operations including Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, Café & Beverage, Culinary, Finance, and HR
Develop SOPs, systems, staffing plans, and workflows for a successful pre-opening
Establish and maintain a strong service culture centered on guest personalization and engagement
Manage P&L; performance, budgeting, forecasting, revenue strategy, and cost control
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development
Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, financial, and hygiene regulations
Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and lead effective service recovery actions
Implement standards for property maintenance, cleanliness, and facility readiness
Build partnerships with local businesses, communities, and market segments to expand brand reach
Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on analytics, audits, and market insights
Act as the face of the property, maintaining high visibility and strong relationships with guests and stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years proven leadership experience in hotel or resort operations (luxury or boutique preferred)
Demonstrated success in managing both Rooms Division and F&B; departments
Strong financial acumen with full P&L; and revenue management expertise
Effective communicator with excellent English proficiency (verbal & written)
Hands-on working style with strong mentorship and people-management skills
Experience in pre-opening projects highly preferred
Proficient in PMS/POS systems and operational reporting tools
Strong operational discipline, organization, and problem-solving capability
Strategic thinker with a passion for service excellence and guest-centric innovation
Professional, adaptable, and calm under pressure
Able to legally work in Indonesia (Expat: valid working permits required)
