TPM is the main focal point to the customer for train performance functionality topics. /p pTPM is also accountable for the Train Reliability, for Train Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), for LCC target achievement, for Cybersecurity, for Validation and Engineering contribution to Certification Authorization. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liActs as main technical focal point for the customer for train performance topics. /li liLeads the train system development and validation (operability analysis, system definition and architecture, performances, functions) /li liEnsures conversion of customer and regulatory requirements into train level requirements specifications /li liCollects and analyses customer needs and requirements /li liLeads operational analysis /li liLeads development of a consistent set of train level requirements specifications, complying with Alstom standards /li liLeads functional analysis, specification, and architecture at system level in collaboration with Sub-Systems Groups, esp. CIS /li liLeads requirements specification and allocation to sub-system level, including electrical functional interfaces definition /li liSupports System Engineers and Sub-Systems Engineers and ensures that Sub-Systems’ design is converging toward specified targets along project life cycle convergence /li liLeads verification and validation activities at system level /li liDuring train revenue service leads technical open issues resolution in line with project strategy, from investigation to modification implementation and problem closure /li /ul h3Skill, Education Knowledge /h3 ul liBusiness English fluent /li liCustomer oriented /li liStrong skills on technical management /li liAbility to switch between problem perspective to solution perspective /li liAbility to lead a project team /li liAbility to challenge and to be challenged /li liAbility to foster communications between multiple stakeholders / metiers /li liAbility for analysis, problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment /li liReadiness to travel. /li /ul pYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
