(specifications, 3D, 2D, validation plan,...) /li liQuality of deliverables (first time right) /li liCapability to pilot problem solving /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Accountable for /h3 ul liManaging requirements (from source requirement analysis to conformity proof for validation certification) /li liProducing RSL1 for SA car body shell and crash (under delegation of SSL) /li liManaging weight decomposition for car body shell in relation with Weight Discipline Engineer /li liBuilding design solution, in accordance with project inputs (Train Level Sub-System Group) and co-engineering context: /li liProducing space allocation model, agreeing interfaces and volumes with train level, and with internal external suppliers /li liDriving the main parts design and securing relevant pre-dimensioning /li liPiloting development including dimensioning verification by FEA and Crash teams /li liEnsuring consistency between released design, configuration used for simulations (FEA/crash) and associated results /li liEnsuring calculation meching consistency with technical 3D definition /li liProducing the parts design and the installations integration drawings /li liDriving the relevant operational design team (MLE if any, ME, CAD) /li liWhen applicable: /li ul liWriting of CBS or CBS subassembly procurement specification /li liPiloting technical contractualization with selected supplier and ensuring interface during development /li liIn case design is targeted to be a carry over from existing train solution, securing design conformity with project inputs /li liInstructing rising trade off to the relevant project or metier governance, proposing solutions /li liDocumenting releasing the installations files and ensuring interface with industrial ERP /li liAttending or delegating participation to train industrial integration reviews /li liManaging corrective actions on relevant design scope during production and validation (from equipment level to train level) /li /ul /ul h3Responsible for /h3 ul liAll design activities in the scope can be delegated to the design team, however the MLE will remain Responsible (doer) for /li ul liVerifying design, at deliverable level (AVVA) and at SA level (DRCL) /li liRelevant storing of deliverables in DMU /li liManaging team, implementing problem solving methodologies /li liEscalating technical issues to SSM (incl mitigation plan) /li /ul /ul h3Contributes to /h3 ul liArchitecture definition at train physical architecture level (A is TAM or TMIE) and system Level 1 (A is SE or DE), including: /li ul liConstraints repartition between design scopes, technical or lead time arbitrations /li liDay to day governance and issue solving /li liFor continuous improvement of the Domain (including RoE) (A is Domain leader) /li liDefinition of mitigation plans in case of technical issue or targets not reached (multi-domains) /li liSupport of Sourcing, Industrialization and Manufacturing teams during Production ramp-up /li liCollaboration with Structural Design Domain Leader for continuous improvement of the Domain (including RoE) /li liEstablishing of Certification Validation Plans for TD scope /li /ul /ul h3Educational Requirements Experience /h3 h3Mandatory: /h3 ul liGraduated from Mechanical Engineering school with Master of Science degree /li /ul
