In Italy we have 42 Operational Bases, approximately 742 dedicated personnel and approximately 64 aircraft. We provide Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS), Search and Rescue (SAR), Firefighting (FF) Offshore and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO)
We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Officer for our office in Colico (LC).The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and processing employee payroll and related activities. The ideal profile has excellent knowledge of labor and tax regulations, as well as best practices in payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll for employees across different departments and/or locations.
* Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, bonuses, and deductions.
* Maintain and update payroll records and employee data in the payroll system.
* Prepare and distribute payslips, tax forms, and other payroll-related documents.
* Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.
* Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, benefits, and deductions.
* Support audits and reporting activities related to payroll.
* Stay up to date on changes in labor laws and payroll regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar payroll/accounting role.
* Strong knowledge of payroll processing principles, labor laws, and tax regulations.
* Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., INAZ, ADP, SAP, Workday, or similar).
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred qualification:
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields.
