Undertake general and basic social compliance assessments based on LRQA social compliance assessment procedures and specific client expectations outlined in Field Instruction (FI).
Deliver quality report according to LRQA and client protocols and timelines;

Work with team members(co-assessors) to accomplish tasks during on site assessment and reporting process.
A university degree (graduate level or higher) with a specialization in Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Studies. Legal and Industry Knowledge:
The candidate should also be aware of region-specific issues that require cultural sensitivity and, where applicable, further investigation.
~ Proven ability to carry out supplier compliance assessments, including (but not limited to) conducting confidential worker interviews, reviewing employment records, and performing wage tests and related calculations.
~ Proficiency in Italian and English:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian (mandatory) and English .
~ Travel Flexibility and Time Management:
Willingness and ability to travel extensively and frequently.
