You'll be part of a team dedicated to innovation and excellence in the Ecommerce ecosystem. /p pYou will be responsible for the assigned brand within a specific geographical area and will be tasked with ensuring the best possible management of e-commerce activities in your assigned markets. Working alongside the local team, you will be responsible for driving and monitoring e-commerce performance. /p pYou will be working to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the website, continuously measuring site performance to guarantee our customers receive the best possible online service. /p pYou will produce and distribute ecommerce sales reports, KPI analytics reports and all customer journey-related reports. /p pYou will prepare and lead the monthly performance update meeting with your markets. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liActing to drive revenues to reach the annual targets /li liOversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance meet or exceed industry standards. /li liAnalyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. /li liManagement of the commercial calendar of the assigned brands /li liImproving customer experience by regularly updating homepage and category page content. /li liEnsuring promotions are correctly set up and tested before deploying to the website. /li liAnalyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to generate accurate forecasts. /li liLiaising with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure all activities are correctly prioritized and scheduled. /li liLiaising with the development team to ensure all known website bugs are evaluated and fixed. /li liLiaising with Customer Services to collect voice-of-customer feedback on the website and use this to amend the website. /li liThe role also offers exposure to the full digital marketing mix, including SEO, PPC, affiliates and email marketing, and to in-depth website analytics, but merchandising is the main focus. /li /ul h3Job Profile /h3 h3Skills, capabilities, Competencies /h3 ul liIdeally 6+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce business in a fast moving company / strategic consultancy firm / best in class digital agency. /li liProven track record of successful projects in a B2C company ideally with multi-country coverage aiming at accelerating ecommerce growth. /li liYou are data-driven and love to perform regular analyses so you can continuously improve your KPIs. /li liSkilled in using Google Analytics and other BI Tools. /li liStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. /li liYou are highly motivated, a team player, yet also able to work independently. /li liStrong Understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape (SEO, Data analytics, performance marketing, affiliates, ecommerce). /li liGood public speaking skills and capacity to clearly communicate. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English. /li /ul h3Preferred qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in Salesforce or with platforms such as Shopify or Magento. /li liKnowledge of DAM, PIM and CMS platforms. /li liDirect experience in international business projects. /li /ul pWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer, we reject and condemn any form of discrimination including discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, health, race, nationality, cultural background, political opinions and religious beliefs, and membership of associations and trade unions. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
