Ph3Head of AI – SCE /h3 pThe Head of AI – SCE is accountable for leading and scaling Capgemini's AI First agenda across the South Central Europe (SCE)—France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland and Czech Republic—driving measurable business growth, differentiated client outcomes, and world‑class AI delivery at scale. /p pThis role owns the end‑to‑end SCE AI transformation lifecycle—from market positioning and demand creation to industrialised delivery and value realisation. Working closely with country CEOs, industry leaders, hyperscalers, and C‑suite clients, the role ensures AI is consistently embedded across solutions, operating models, and transformation programmes. /p pA core mandate is to ensure clients experience Capgemini’s AI capabilities as a coherent, high‑value European proposition—combining strategy, engineering excellence, responsible AI, reusable assets, and delivery rigor to generate predictable, scalable outcomes across all European markets. /p pThis role will work closely with and will also have a report line into the ID AI global practice, transformation. /li liProven success leading multi‑country or multi‑disciplinary teams in a complex, matrixed environment. /li liStrong track record of winning and delivering enterprise‑scale transformation programmes. /li liExecutive presence and the ability to influence senior client and partner stakeholders. /li liDeep understanding of AI technologies, architectures, engineering practices, and cloud environments. /li liDemonstrated ability to lead across geographies within a global delivery model. /li liBackground in consulting or professional services. /li liCurrent
