Company Description
Synergie Italia S.p.A., a branch in Sarezzo, is seeking for a multiservice company based in Gardone Val Trompia (BS) a candidate for the role of:
BACK OFFICE ASSISTANT
Position
The candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing contact channels with GAS sales companies and end users;
* Routing work orders to the appropriate company departments;
* Handling and forwarding service reports to internal structures;
* Using company databases and management systems (SIDES, SAP);
* Managing documentation on the supplier portal, including registration and archiving.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses:
* High school diploma;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Experience with SIDES, SAP, or other management systems is preferred;
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
* Proactivity and ability to learn new procedures and digital tools.
Additional Information
Working hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
* Friday: 08:00 - 13:30
* 45-minute lunch break
Contract:
* Fixed-term contract until 31/12/2025
* Daily meal vouchers worth €12.50
Work Location : Gardone Val Trompia (BS)
