* We're seeking a Principal, Tax Reporting Compliance, to join our Wealth Management team. This role offers flexible work arrangements.
* In this role, you'll :
* Perform calculations for complex internal and external clients.
* Assist clients in developing tax and regulatory strategies for reporting and compliance.
* Collaborate with tax and regulatory agencies to recommend favorable positions.
* Work with complex clients, attorneys, and accountants to plan for tax and regulatory cycles, including deliverables and deadlines.
* Proactively address potential issues.
* Guide junior colleagues on complex tax or regulatory calculations.
* Present analyses and strategy recommendations to clients.
* Help clients address complex tax and regulatory questions from investors.
* Partner with Corporate Tax to monitor and recommend responses to regulatory changes, and implement process adjustments.
* This position does not have direct reports but involves guiding less experienced team members as needed.
* Contribute to achieving team objectives and support complex client accounts.
* To succeed, candidates should have :
* Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience.
* 10-12 years of relevant work experience preferred.
* Experience in tax reporting and analysis is advantageous.
