The Operational Sustainability Manager is responsible for driving sustainability initiatives within DSV's operations, aligning local strategies with global sustainability, and communicating relevant sustainability updates to country colleagues and educating colleagues and customers on DSV's decarbonization services. Legga la descrizione completa del lavoro qui sotto.Lead and implement sustainability strategies in alignment with DSV's and customers' environmental targets.Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between various local functions and global sustainability teams.Coordinate and manage the rollout of sustainability initiatives, ensuring strong alignment with HSE ambassadors and local teams.Actively participate in Network and Training meetings organized by Sustainability organization.Communicate sustainability updates and progress to leadership and staff, fostering awareness and engagement.Distribute corporate sustainability guidelines, updates, and best practices to local teams.Take active role in creating a sustainability network within and between local teams, including identifying and training staff responsible for workstreams that contribute to ESG reporting, carbon fund business case development, haulier dialogues, etc.Track and report on current and future sustainability initiatives and CO2 footprint data.Waste Management: provide proactive support to
