Main Responsibilities: - Support the Front Office Manager in the daily operations of the department. - Ensure an impeccable guest welcome and assistance service, in line with international luxury hotel standards. - Coordinate, train, and motivate the Front Office team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. - Supervise check-in/check-out procedures and internal and external communication flows. - Handle guest complaints and special requests, anticipating needs and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. - Collaborate with other departments, primarily with Housekeeping for the correct management and assignment of rooms, to guarantee a smooth and memorable guest experience. Requirements: - Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in similar roles within 4 or 5-star properties. - Excellent command of Italian and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). - Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Guest-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills. - Proficiency in Opera PMS and main IT systems/software.
