Aprilia, Lazio, Italy Company: JR Italy Client / Employer: Altro Job Overview Regold, a platform of services for real‐estate agents, is looking for a commercial figure for the Rome area. The selected person will visit local real‐estate agencies to present and promote Regold services, with the goal of developing new commercial relationships and consolidating brand presence. They will be responsible for client acquisition and development, managing 360° commercial negotiations. Responsibilities Visit real‐estate agencies across the territory to present Regold services. Develop new commercial relationships and strengthen existing ones. Manage all stages of the commercial negotiation process. Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date reports. Plan activities and schedule client visits in an organized manner. Qualifications Commercial attitude with strong communication and sales orientation. Goal‐oriented mindset with proven ability to meet targets. Proficiency in computer tools and administrative systems. Organizational and planning skills for activity scheduling. Autonomous, independent operative, with precision and accuracy in updating reports. Experience in B2B professional services sales and portfolio management is a plus. Previous experience as a real‐estate agent, insurance broker, or representative is a further advantage. Benefits Young and informal working environment. Direct hire, commercial contract.
