<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ol><li>Supplier & Supply Chain Management</li><li>Issue purchase orders; maintain supplier relationships, conduct inquiries, manage product returns and delivery schedule coordination; monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery delays and unexpected issues to guarantee stable supply chain operation.</li><li>Administration & Financial Management</li><li>Verify compliance of supplier invoices, input customer service tickets and after-sales records; keep track of material arrival schedules and settle employee travel expense reimbursements; supervise warranty services and fulfillment of relevant administrative requirements.</li><li>Customs Clearance Administration</li><li>Coordinate with customs brokers for import and export clearance; manage processing trade and other customs regulatory procedures, ensure complete documentation in compliance with EU regulations; properly archive customs invoices, bills of lading and compliance certificates.</li><li>Vehicle Registration & Cross-department Collaboration</li><li>Oversee vehicle registration and deregistration procedures; align resources across procurement, logistics and administration departments to facilitate supply chain project implementation and troubleshoot operational problems.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Job Requirements</p><ol><li>Minimum 1 year of working experience in procurement, logistics or administration; candidates with background in manufacturing or equipment industry are preferred.</li><li>Proficient in ERP system operation, familiar with customs clearance procedures and logistics coordination.</li><li>Strong skills in data compilation, process optimization and problem-solving.</li><li>Proven experience in cross-functional teamwork with excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Vocational school diploma or above; fluent English is a plus; holding a valid Category B driving license.</li></ol><p><br></p>
