Process and support employee lifecycle transactions, including documentation and system approvals and updates. Assists employees with their HR needs and administering HR programmes or policies. Coordination/administration of HR employee-related tasks. Manage and resolve ServiceNow HR service tickets, acting as Tier 2, ensuring timely and effective resolution within established SLA timeframes. Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR data integrity, audits, and compliance. Support audit processes by gathering documentation and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Identify, recommend, and support implementation of process improvements across HR operations, with a focus on automation, simplification, and scalability. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and documentation to support consistent service delivery. Participate in HR system testing. Monitor service delivery metrics and use data insights to inform improvements and enhance employee satisfaction. Act as a key contributor to regional and global HR projects, supporting transitions, system upgrades, and process redesigns. University Degree in HR Administration, Business Administration or a related discipline (or equivalent years of experience) plus generally 1-3 years of Human Resources administration, generalist or HR shared services experience. Demonstrated experience in identifying and supporting process improvement initiatives within HR operations. Basic analytical skills and knowledge of HR and organisational policies, procedures and processes. Great customer service and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Experience in HR administration or operations. Comfort working with HR systems and data, with a willingness to learn and apply new technologies and tools. What we offer: Total Rewards: We understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career. Salary range varies by location and local market conditions (for Poland, the salary range for this position is PLN 92,000 - 122,300 gross/year). It is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 10% of base salary.
