We are looking for highly qualified Site Managers to oversee construction works and ensure compliance with quality, safety, schedule, and cost requirements according to project documentation and Owner’s guidelines. Responsibilities Review contractor-supplied QA / QC documentation and provide feedback for approval or rejection. Develop the Quantitative Control Plan for the assigned discipline. Maintain thorough knowledge and application of all project documents and updates. Review contractors’ schedules and analyze human and material resource proposals. Monitor project execution, identify critical issues, and make recommendations to the Construction Manager. Ensure all work complies with approved contracts, safety, and environmental plans. Supervise multiple contractors’ works and ensure all inspections and tests are performed according to the Quality Assurance Plan. Validate work stoppages, prepare reports, and update construction progress in the AURA system. Coordinate with other Site Managers and collaborate with contract coordination. Supervise electrical facilities (EF) including tests, OHL, UGL, HV, MV, LV DC, LV AC, communications, and protections. Control As-Built documentation, manage cost deviation analysis, and supervise payments. Minimum Requirements Engineering degree or higher qualification in the assigned discipline. Valid license to perform official work validation according to local construction law, if applicable. Full and updated training in work instructions for the assigned discipline. Knowledge of applicable legislation and codes. Minimum 5 years of experience in the energy industry, with specific experience in work supervision. Class B1 driving license and own 4x4 vehicle. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software. Complete PPE adapted to the type of plant (e.g., harness for wind turbines). Physical ability to walk > 1 km / day on rough terrain, lift up to 45 kg, and tolerate adverse weather conditions. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Fluent in English and, if applicable, the local language of the project. Preferred Requirements Experience in wind farms, PV plants, and substations. Advanced knowledge of quality control, electrical inspections, and testing. Ability to work independently and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
