Sponsorship & Charity Intern Overview FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM MARCH We are looking for a passionate Sponsorship & Charity Intern to join our Entertainment & Events team in our Global HQ in Milan. Your Impact MAIN ACTIVITIES: • Operational support to the Sponsorship & Charity Team across a variety of projects (charity events, athlete management, shootings, logistics and shipments); • Preparation of reports, updating Excel files, and managing internal documentation; • Coordination of sample requests, warehouse item search, and interaction with internal teams; • Taking meeting notes and supporting the organization of appointments and team schedules; • Archive management, email handling, and daily back‑office tasks. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: • Strong knowledge of English, both written and spoken; • Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders; • Flexibility, proactivity, and strong problem‑solving skills; • Willingness to support the team across various operational tasks; • Motivation to learn, curiosity for new projects, and eagerness to contribute with fresh ideas and perspectives.
