Partner Manager, Prime Video Add-ons Australia and New Zealand
We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to join our Prime Video Add-ons team. This individual will define work streams, processes, and mechanisms to drive strong external partner relationships, improve profitability, and build a product that will immediately excite customers.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Establish, manage, and grow strong senior-level relationships and partnerships with content providers.
- Develop and execute project plans, collaborating with internal teams across all functional areas within Prime Video to deepen partnerships and drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Report on key performance indicators to leadership and recommend initiatives to improve business performance.
- Analyze partner performance to create partner-facing strategy presentations featuring data‐driven recommendations, actionable insights and growth opportunities.
- Gather and understand customer and partner needs (existing and potential), and use that knowledge to advocate for and drive delivery of Prime Video features that provide Amazon customers and partners a high‐quality experience.
- Resolve problems quickly by gathering data, evaluating alternatives, and using necessary tools.
- Monitor business trends and events as well as competitor/industry developments.
A Day in the Life
A Partner Manager for Prime Video Add-ons starts the day reviewing daily and weekly metrics to track performance of specific titles and initiatives. They monitor the customer experience within the Prime Video app and validate correct execution of marketing campaigns. They sync weekly or bi‐weekly with one or more content partners to discuss business performance and upcoming opportunities, and conduct larger business reviews 2–3 times per year for senior leadership. They work closely with Finance, Product, Legal, Marketing and other Partner Managers to develop and implement initiatives that drive growth and engagement.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- 3+ years of project management, business development, partnership management, account executive, operations manager, or customer success experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in online advertising or high‐tech products/services
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in complex problem‐solving and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Knowledge of the digital video landscape
