About the team
Provides 24/7 remote support for Japan FCs as JP-TOS. 08:*****:*******:*****:*******:*****:00Handles first contact, troubleshooting, and triage for AFT tools (SLAM, MAGIC, Shipping Sorter), facilitates Japanese/English conference calls, and supports projects as needed.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience3+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment3+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP)3+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experienceCompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications1+ year of software development, or 1+ year of scripting language experienceJapanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or equivalent experience requiredTOEIC score of 700 or above, or equivalent experience in English-based conversation and communication
