Ph3About The Role /h3 pCurrie Brown is looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Ragusa. You will need experience of working across high spec buildings projects from a supervision / project management perspective as the role will involve working on high end projects. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liWork within established project objectives to produce plans, schedules and reporting requirements /li liResponsible for delivery of small projects or assist deliver medium and large scale projects, reporting to the project lead /li liIdentify project risks or issues and propose mitigation options to the project lead to ensure the project is not adversely impacted /li liAssist in the preparation and management of the project programme(s) /li liPrepare project management scope deliverables /li liManage change control /li liManage and monitor project processes and procedures /li liInteract effectively across all project parties /li liCoordinate with stakeholders, consultants and contractors /li liResponsible for the delivery of timely and accurate project data collection, analysis and reports /li liUse own knowledge and industry experience to assist in the management of project consultants and contractors /li liAssist the project lead on any project requirements or priorities /li liConstruction management support on site. /li /ul h3Skills, Experience Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent /li liPrevious experience delivering built asset projects /li liGood communication skills including the ability to liaise with peers and senior colleagues /li liAbility to manage relationships with external stakeholdersCommercial acumen and organisational understanding /li liLogical approach and ability to think through complex issues /li liManage and coordinate aspects of the project /li liCollaboration and teamwork /li liProficient in using relevant project management software's and systems /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pUnlike some businesses, we prioritise for the long term and honour our commitments.
