The Company Multinational pharmaceutical company is searching for a: Project Manager The candidate will: Be responsible for overall project planning/execution/risk mitigation and process management. Periodically report project contents to the Project Leader to ensure timely updates on project progress. Plan project activities and resources based on Project Leader’s strategy in order to ensure that project objectives are delivered on time and with appropriate quality standards. Set up appropriate monitoring KPIs (e.g. tracking and reporting on critical milestones, decision logging/consistent documentation). Support extended functional teams in the preparation of functional plans which reflect the integrated project plan. Develop, maintain and update a cross-functional integrated project plan based on the project strategy agreed with Project Leader. Ensure key project documentation is regularly updated at each gate and in case of a significant change in project scope, timeline, budget or quality. Manage key project documents and ensure continuous update in line with project progress. Collaborate with Project Leader and NDD management to constantly improve project management processes. Communicate project progress within NDD department, providing monthly project status reports and tracking overall spending/resources requirements in collaboration with R&D controller. Provide input to the definition, development and control of annual R&D Budget for the assigned projects in collaboration with the R&D controller. Encourage the creation of a favorable working environment within project team members. Requirements: Bachelor degree in a Life Science. First-hand experience on registrations with EMA/FDA. Project management capabilities, including PMP certification (MANDATORY). Full understanding of drug/chemical development value chain and commercialization. Good Technical IT skills i.e. Microsoft project skills. Full Proficiency in English language. Location:
