Global social media and digital communication internship

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Global Communication Team. As a Social Media and Digital Communication Intern, you will contribute to improving Amplifon’s digital awareness and reputation through the main social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X), creating engaging content and fostering community interaction.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from day 1.

• Develop and implement Amplifon’s multichannel social media strategy globally and locally
• Create and manage published content (images, video, copy) across all social media platforms
• Contribute to defining the most relevant social media KPIs (followership increase, global and local engagement, targeted advertising campaigns)
• Monitor and oversee social media content, tracking their performance
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends and technologies
• Collaborate with other Amplifon teams to increase reach and strengthen the corporate narrative

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Communications, Marketing or a similar field
• Passionate about Communications and Social Media
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X, TikTok, YouTube and other social media best practices
• Understanding of social media KPIs, SEO and web traffic metrics
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Ability to formulate solutions quickly and efficiently
• Critical thinker and problem‑solving skills

• 6‑month internship based in our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133
• €1,000 monthly gross reimbursement
• Free access to the company canteen
• Full‑time experience, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally)
• Opportunity to work remotely up to 6 days per month
