OPAL are the National Intelligence Unit for Serious and Organised Acquisitive Crime, a relatively new team looking to reduce the impact of serious organised and acquisitive crime on our communities and to provide better coordination of activity and sharing of intelligence. We work with law enforcement agencies, partner agencies and industry providing a multi-agency approach to target and disrupt various and organised crime groups. Blending crime data and intelligence from partners together with Policing expertise and knowledge about organised crime groups, we will be working in Partnership with Industry partners to identify and manage the offenders. As our Intelligence Support Manager, you will provide intelligence and operational support to ongoing investigations and assist in the production of intelligence products to inform decision making. You will join us in seeking to discover and lead on the development of intelligence from a variety of sources, share good practice and learning, and target those causing the greatest harm to our communities.
