This position assists in driving ER activities and initiatives across on the road (OTR) operational business lines within a specific country geography. The primary focus is to support EXR operational excellence, goals, and strategy while addressing the ER needs of the country. /ppThe ER Manager works closely with Ops, DSPM and other key in-country stakeholders to support the execution of the country-specific ER strategy. This role involves assisting in the implementation of strategies to address country labour relations challenges for business lines.
