Responsibilities
In your role as Team Lead Content Management, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop holistic, cross‑channel campaign strategies for our hotel clients.
You are responsible for the quality, goal achievement and conversion performance of all content, from the initial concept through to final implementation, and continuously optimize results based on A/B testing and performance data.
You will also introduce new tools and software solutions to ensure efficient campaign management and clearly structured workflows.
As a leader, you guide your team at eye level while working closely with other departments to define and implement new standards in digital tourism marketing.

You bring several years of experience in digital content or campaign management, ideally including leadership responsibility.
You are passionate about online marketing, tourism and data‑driven decision making.
You think strategically, act solution‑oriented and maintain a clear overview even in complex situations.
You have a strong sense for language, visual impact and user experience, combined with technical understanding and hands‑on experience with content tools and image editing.

Our bright offices are spread over 100 m² in Innsbruck, around 650 m² in the Lana office and over 1,000 m² in the Bolzano office, which opened at the beginning of 2024. In both modern offices there are common rooms and lounges including kitchens, in Innsbruck a green communal balcony, in Bolzano additional power nap facilities, various retreats, checkroom lockers and even showers for all sporty bike commuters.
Work is carried out at ergonomic, electronically height‑adjustable desks with adjustable chairs. All workstations are equipped with three separate monitors. Our modern cloud/IT infrastructure enables us to work remotely or from our international locations at any time.
By the way: our office addresses can also be used for private parcel deliveries if required.
