Spoki is a Conversational Platform that helps companies build authentic relationships with their customers through WhatsApp and Artificial Intelligence. Key Responsibilities
* Own and operate our infrastructure end-to-end, following best practices, being proactive and recommending improvement of our infra
* Use Terraform to provision, build, and organise cloud resources following infrastructure-as-code best practices
* Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines including Docker builds, testing pipelines, and GitOps workflows
* Troubleshoot and continuously monitor infra-level issues: networking, access, performance, and beyond
* Define and improve SLOs, alerting, and operational readiness to keep our systems healthy and predictable
* Help standardise safe delivery patterns including testing gates, canary deployments, and rollback strategies so releases are routine and low-risk
* Participate in on-call rotations and incident response. We're a startup, things happen even if rarely, and we need to work through it together
* Collaborate with performance team to improve infrastructure KPIs and overall platform performance
Must have
* Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, ideally AWS
* Solid, demonstrable experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning, including multi-environment patterns
* Experience with container orchestration. We use Docker Swarm. k8s, AWS Fargate are big plus.
* Proficiency with at least one programming language: Ideally Go or Python.
* Strong understanding of CI/CD paradigms and pipeline design
* Hands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and observability
* Familiarity with NGINX and general networking concepts
* Ability to build and reason about infrastructure with security in mind
* Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment. Priorities shift, and you roll with it
Nice to have
* Experience with GitOps tools (Flux, Argo CD)
* Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible
* Knowledge of globally distributed or high-availability architectures
* Strong networking knowledge (DNS, VPCs, firewalls, load balancers)
* A GitHub profile we can explore
* A degree in Computer Science (nice to have, never a dealbreaker)
