What You Will Be Doing
* Lead and manage quality and process improvement initiatives to support operational customs clearance service objectives
* Work closely with local customs clearance teams (operations, P&E, compliance, etc.) and other operational functions
* Ensure alignment with strategic quality objectives and operational standards
* Support QATs across different regions and together with multiple departments
