As a representative' you will engage with clients in Italian' assisting them with inquiries related to financial products' services' and transactions. Key Responsibilities - Manage incoming customer inquiries related to financial services' including account management' investment options' and general banking queries via phone' email' and chat in Italian. - Provide accurate information about financial products' promotions' and compliance requirements. - Assist customers with issue resolution' transactions' and account-related questions. - Document all customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. - Stay informed about financial market trends and company offerings to provide relevant advice to customers.
