As the HR Business Partner International at Technogym, you will act as a strategic partner and hands‑on HR generalist across global operations. You’ll align people strategy with business goals, coach leaders, and manage talent development in a fast‑paced, matrix environment. You’ll shape international HR processes, data‑driven decisions, and stakeholder relations to enable sustainable growth. This role offers influence across the employee lifecycle in a renowned fitness tech brand with a global footprint.

* Monitor personnel costs and global organizational design
* Maintain policies and procedures and act as trusted ER advisor
* Partner with local HR leadership and global HQ HR to design and deliver people plans
* Provide coaching on HR topics and act as a trusted advisor to managers
* Maintain HR data accuracy and manage HR metrics to drive results
* Be a Technogym brand ambassador and provide best‑in‑class HR support to local leadership
* Define recruiting needs and support Talent Acquisition in final steps
* Onboard and develop Technogym talents (Next Gen)
* Develop and retain talent via training, coaching, career development, and succession planning
* Provide market labor trends and benchmarking to align salaries and market conditions
Responsabilità
* 8+ years of HR experience as HRBP or HR Manager
* Experience in a matrix organization and multinational environments
* Experience in Direct Sales, Luxury brands, or Sports sector
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* Experience with HR ERP systems; SAP/SuccessFactors nice to have
* Strong facilitation and negotiation skills; able to persuade based on logic
* Business acumen with P&L understanding and data‑driven mindset
* Project management and execution skills
* Confidentiality, transparency, and analytical approach
* Passion for sports, enthusiasm, humility, pro‑activity, ethics
