We are looking for a full-time Client Advisor to complete the team of our Boutique in Roma.
Your Impact
The Client Advisor, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance will guide each single client across the brand's values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs and building a profitable, long-lasting relationship.
The Client Advisor, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results while contributing to the team targets as well.
Activities
Ensures an unique client experience, creating a long lasting relationship, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after sales and clienteling activities, providing a warm and welcoming environment;
Achieves excellent selling performances and results;
Executes strategic inititives provided by the region while proactively proposing tailored clienteling actions aligned with the store's specific needs and characteristics;
Active cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories;
Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, being a reliable partner.
Qualification
Previous experience in sales roles, experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus;
Passion and excellent knowledge of clienteling activities and client experience;
Passionate about Retail, Client oriented and with commercial mindset;
Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Fluency in English, proficiency in another language is considered as a plus.
