Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive HSE performance improvements across the Product Line and coach leadership on a strong safety and environmental culture. You’ll lead and support HSE projects, risk management, audits, and incident investigations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to raise awareness and deliver measurable results. You help ensure compliance with policies, standards, and local laws while fostering continuous learning. This is a hands‑on role with a clear impact on safety culture and corporate responsibility.

* Drive HSE improvement programs and culture within the Product Line
* Plan and execute HSE performance projects and report objectives
* Engage stakeholders to raise awareness and secure commitment to HSE efforts
* Assist HUB manager with obligations, liability, and local HSE compliance
* Facilitate HSE risk management in HUB units and ensure processes are implemented
* Coach and develop HSE professionals within HR policies
* Lead internal incident investigations and share learnings
* Identify training needs and ensure compliance with group management systems
Responsabilità
* At least 5 years in a managerial HSE position, preferably in manufacturing
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Strong knowledge of HSE and Environment requirements and ISO standards familiarity
* Ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels
* Proactive, solution-oriented with strong decision‑making skills
* Excellent communication and influencing abilities
