In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management within a fast-growing digital finance environment. You will drive core financial planning processes, deliver high-impact analyses, and build scalable models that guide strategic and operational decisions. Working cross-functionally with leaders across product, operations, and accounting, you will ensure financial clarity, accountability, and long-term discipline. Accountabilities
* Lead monthly forecasting cycles, variance analysis, and financial reporting to provide accurate, timely business insights.
* Build, maintain, and enhance scalable financial models supporting strategic planning and operational decision-making.
* Drive annual planning processes, headcount forecasting, and multi-scenario financial analyses.
* Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to align business priorities with financial targets and accountability.
* Strengthen financial operations through spend management, vendor evaluation, and continuous process improvement.
* Collaborate with accounting teams on monthly close, accruals, and data accuracy.
* Conduct deep-dive strategic analyses to support investment decisions, prioritization, and long-term growth planning.
* Prepare executive-ready materials for leadership reviews, board discussions, and key stakeholder presentations.
* Improve financial workflows, reporting automation, and analytics tooling to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
* 2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or a related analytical finance role.
* Strong SQL skills, with the ability to independently extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.
* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
* Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments with a high level of ownership.
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a remote setting.
* Bonus: Experience in fintech, crypto, consumer finance, or high-growth technology companies, and familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Looker, or similar platforms.
