Develop and manage sales of photovoltaic modules, inverters, battery storage systems, and integrated energy solutions in the Italian market;
Identify and acquire new clients through direct outreach, networking, exhibitions, and online platforms, including EPC contractors, distributors, installers, energy utilities, and industrial clients;
Execute sales strategies and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets;
Provide technical support and tailor energy solutions during the pre-sales phase;
Lead business negotiations, proposal preparation, and contract execution;
to ensure successful delivery and project implementation;
Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide strategic feedback;
Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales reports;
Promote brand visibility and participate in trade shows and renewable energy events.
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the solar energy, energy storage, or industrial equipment sectors;
Strong ability in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales pipeline development;
Familiarity with the Italian renewable energy policy landscape and PV market structure is highly preferred;
Proficient in both English and Italian; Chinese language skills are a plus;
Willingness to travel for business purposes; Knowledge of inverters, hybrid systems, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), or PV plant integration;
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite;
Previous work experience in a Chinese or international renewable energy company is a strong advantage.
