Acting as the main point of contact between the kitchen service team and event organizers the Banqueting Captain oversees the setup execution and breakdown of banquet functions ensuring that all standards of the hotel are consistently met.This role includes directing the service staff managing table assignments ensuring precise timing of food and beverage service and maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism throughout the event.
