At PIP Global Safety, we protect people and the planet, one innovation at a time. /p pWe are doubling our global footprint through the transformative acquisition of established brands such as North®, Howard Leight®, Miller®, Fibre‑Metal®, Oliver®, Salisbury®, and more, bringing even greater innovation, expertise, and reach to our customers worldwide. /p pJoin a fast‑growing global organization where protection is more than a product—it is our purpose and our passion. /p pWe are looking for an ERP Integration Lead M/F/X in Altavilla Vicentina (Italy), on a permanent contract, tempo pieno to join our EMEA IT Team. /p pbERP / Application Lead EMEA is responsible /b to oversee and coordinate the governance, evolution, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across all EMEA entities. /p pThe role combines a strong understanding of ERP processes and system architecture with leadership and cross-functional coordination skills, ensuring alignment between IT strategy and business needs in the region. /p h3Key Responsibilities For This Role /h3 ul liLead the overall EMEA application landscape for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all subsidiaries. /li liCoordinate the design, implementation, and optimization of BC processes across different subsidiaries. /li liManage and prioritize requests for system enhancements, bug fixes, and new functionalities. /li liAct as the main point of contact for all ERP-related topics (Business Central) within the organization, collaborate with business stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. /li liSupervise external partners and developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of solutions. /li liEnsure system governance, standardization, and documentation of processes and customizations. /li liPlan and execute system upgrades, testing, and user training activities. /li liMonitor system performance and ensure business continuity. /li liCollaborate closely with the Interface Manager to ensure smooth integration between BC and other business applications (CRM, PIM, DDI, SAP, etc.). /li liWork jointly with the System Administrator to ensure proper system performance, access management, and alignment between application and infrastructure layers. /li /ul h3Skills Requirements For This Role /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV). /li liStrong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing). /li liExperience managing external partners, developers, or implementation teams. /li liGood knowledge of AL programming and extension management is a plus. /li liExperience with data integrations (API, Power Platform, etc.) preferred. /li liExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. /li liFluent in English.
