Ph3Overview /h3 pAs a bHealth Safety Manager RSPP (Manufacturing Plant) /b you will report directly to the Plant Manager in the Manufacturing department based in bArenzano (GE) /b for a bpermanent /b contract. /p pAs an bHSE Manager / RSPP /b, you are responsible for ensuring the protection of employees’ health and safety while guaranteeing full compliance with Italian HSE regulations within the manufacturing plant. You lead the Prevention and Protection System, strengthen a strong safety culture across the organization, and act as the key HSE reference point for operational functions and leadership on site. /p h3Your Mission /h3 ul liEnsure full compliance with Italian health, safety and environmental legislation (D.Lgs. 81/2008) and coordinate the Health Safety Management System in line with corporate standards and certifications such as ISO 45001 (and ISO 14001 where applicable). /li liAct as the formally appointed RSPP, advising the Employer on all prevention and protection matters and supporting interactions with authorities and inspections. /li liLead risk assessments and ensure the preparation and continuous update of key HSE documentation (DVR, DUVRI) as well as operational safety plans. /li liPromote a strong safety culture across the plant through training, awareness initiatives, and close collaboration with operational teams. /li liPlan and monitor preventive and corrective actions, track HSE KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. /li liConduct audits, inspections, and regular shop-floor checks to ensure compliance with safety procedures, emergency plans, work permits, and correct use of PPE. /li liInvestigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures. /li liManage contractor safety processes, permit-to-work systems, and HSE aspects related to non-routine activities. /li liOversee emergency preparedness, drills, and fire protection systems, ensuring readiness and compliance. /li liProvide HSE guidance and support during technical investments, plant changes, and improvement projects. /li liPrepare regular HSE reports and dashboards for plant and corporate leadership while coordinating internal or external ASPP resources. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Safety, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a comparable technical-scientific field with strong HSE specialization. /li liMandatory qualifications to act as RSPP according to art. 32 of D.Lgs. 81/2008 (Modules A, B, and C, including required continuing education). /li liAt least 5 years of HSE experience in structured industrial or manufacturing environments, ideally with direct responsibility in complex production plants. /li liPrevious experience as RSPP or a strong background as a senior ASPP. /li liSolid knowledge of Italian HSE legislation, risk assessment methodologies, and management systems such as ISO 45001 (ISO 14001 is an advantage). /li liExperience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and managing contractor safety and non-routine work (e.g., permit-to-work, lock-out/tag-out). /li liGood understanding of industrial processes and related risks (mechanical, electrical, chemical, ergonomic). /li liStrong project management capabilities within industrial settings. /li liLeadership skills with the ability to influence safety culture and communicate effectively at all organizational levels. /li liAnalytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. /li liAdditional certifications such as fire safety, first aid, ATEX, working at height, confined spaces, hazardous materials handling, or ISO 45001 auditor are considered a plus. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liPersonalized onboarding experience program designed to make your first days smooth /li liOpportunities to learn and grow through Hager Group's awarded Hi University. /li liInternal career opportunities, over 25% of our recruitments are through internal mobility /li /ul h3Recruitment stages /h3 ul liOnce your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange. /li liYou will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager the recruiter /li liA second Interview will be then organized with the N+2 the HR manager /li /ul pOur success relies on collective energy.
