PbSTEM IT - Project Quality Manager /b /ppWe are seeking a Project Quality Manager who will report to the Project Quality and HSE Director of the Business Unit Projects (Powerlink, part of Prysmian Group). The position is based at our headquarters in Milan, Italy. The main responsibilities include planning and implementing quality activities within projects, coordinating and supervising Quality Assurance and Control activities in accordance with project complexity, scope of work (including design, manufacturing of cables/accessories, land and marine installation), company methods, contractual requirements, and relevant standards and regulations. /ppbKey responsibilities: /b /pulliSupport the Project Manager in managing client relationships regarding quality matters and contractual requirements. /liliCoordinate the development of Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Plans, and Project Quality Procedures, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards involving internal and external stakeholders. /liliCollaborate with manufacturing plants to monitor product quality and maintain client relationships. /liliAssess suppliers and subcontractors during tender and execution phases, reviewing their quality plans and activities for compliance. /liliPlan and conduct quality training for project teams and stakeholders. /liliPerform quality audits on processes, manufacturing plants, suppliers, and subcontractors. /liliManage client quality audits, non-conformities, and complaints to ensure effective resolution. /liliPromote project improvements, lessons learned, and best practices. /liliAssist in preparing project quality reports and analyze project data periodically. /liliEnsure contract reviews and project close-out activities are completed per contractual requirements. /li /ulpThe role also involves collaborating with the company's Quality HSE functions for reporting, tendering, and quality management. /ppbKey requirements: /b /pulliExtensive experience in Quality Management, preferably within EPCI environments, including manufacturing, land site activities, or vessel operations. /liliMaster's degree in Engineering. /liliStrong knowledge of ISO 9000 standards; auditing experience required. Qualification as a lead auditor is a plus.
