Introducing an innovative payment process for the automotive industry and other sectors. You will be responsible for training operational managers (remotely and on-site) on our product usage. Your role includes identifying potential obstacles during onboarding projects and resolving them in collaboration with customers and colleagues from other departments. Additionally, you will manage existing clients, leveraging your close customer relationships to continuously improve our products and processes.
Your Profile
* At least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects.
* A structured and meticulous approach to work, even under stress, managing multiple tasks effectively.
* Clear and confident communication skills at the C-level, even in tense situations.
* Willingness to travel to customer locations.
* Native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in the automotive or software industry is a plus but not mandatory.
