The
Technical Account Management (TAM) team
acts as the technical interface between Stevanato Group and pharmaceutical companies, supporting customers throughout the full product lifecycle — from selection of primary packaging and devices to commercial production. We work daily with Quality, R&D, Operations, and Product Development.
We are looking for a
Technical Account Management Intern
to support our EMEA TAM Team in delivering high-quality technical service to customers. The selected candidate will assist the team in pre-sales and post-sales activities, understanding the customer's needs into clear technical actions, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal functions. The person will also spend some time at the beginning of the experience in the production department, in order to learn and understand our products. The role is based in our HQ.
Key Activities For The Intern
* Understand the SG manufacturing product process and current market portfolio
* Assist in identifying customer needs, risks and opportunities, contributing to tailored technical solutions
* Assist in organizing and tracking customer activities using internal tools (CRM, reports, KPIs)
* Contribute to the analysis of customer complaints, deviations and change requests in collaboration with Quality and Operations
* Support the organization and follow-up of customer meetings and technical workshops

Qualifications
Education & Languages
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Technology, or a related field. Currently enrolled or newly graduated
* Fluency in English is required
