POSITION DETAILS JOB DESCRIPTION - Create visually compelling and on-brand product materials, including but not limited to artworks, manuals, instructions, presentations - Collaborate with the R&D team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate our messages - Maintain brand guidelines for all brands, ensuring consistent and cohesive visual identity across all materials - Standardize all products language to align with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of design quality - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design output REQUIREMENTS - Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience) - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) - Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and a keen understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design - Fluent English, Italian - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines LOCATION The place of work is Cambiago, with availability to travel in Italy and/or abroad SENIORITY 0/3 years SALARY Contract details and remuneration will be commensurate with actual skills and experience This Job Position is addressed to all genders in compliance with the rules on equal treatment, pursuant to _decreto legislativo_ _198/2006_.
