This role involves leading the implementation of production lines, driving efficiency improvements, and managing compliance with safety standards.... /p pbWhat will you do as an Industrial Engineering Director: /b /p ul liLead the implementation of production lines to meet market needs and support the evolution of the internally produced coffee product range. /li liDrive continuous improvement plans for the plant, focusing on efficiency, waste reduction, resource optimization, and facility management. /li liManage the mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software design of plants (or co-design activities with suppliers). /li liPlan and coordinate the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructures and systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of facilities. /li liOversee industrial development projects complementary to production. /li liEnsure machinery complies with standards and that all equipment is manufactured and installed in accordance with safety requirements. /li liManage the spare parts warehouse, defining reorder policies and stock levels. /li liDefine and develop the international industrial plan, ensuring alignment with the company’s global strategy. /li liPromote a lean culture through plant improvement programs, identifying technical solutions to enhance line performance and efficiency. /li liOversee the management of new plant orders and collaborate with the Industrialization Office to ensure deadlines and expected performance are met. /li liApply company HR policies to the team under your responsibility. /li /ul pbRequirements: /b /p ul li10 years of progressive experience in Industrial Development, Engineering roles, ideally within the Automotive or FMCG industry. /li liProven experience in leading engineering teams and managing strategic projects on a global or multi-country scale. /li liMaster’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. /li liFluency in English (spoken and written); /li liExcellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. /li liA strategic, analytical, and proactive mindset, with the ability to operate in dynamic, complex environments. /li /ul pillycaffè as B-Corp is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace generating positive effects for the environment, for the community and for people. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
