We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Digital Consumer Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will create and execute innovative digital strategies, enhance brand visibility, and engage with target audiences to build lasting customer loyalty for our New Generation Products (NGP) in the Italian market.
As a key member of the digital marketing team, you will collaborate closely with the Global team and local agencies to oversee social media and eCRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and industry best practices.

Type of contract: Fixed Term Contract 12 months
Principal Accountabilities
1. Social Media Strategy: Lead the development and execution of editorial plans for social media platforms, ensuring they align with brand goals and market regulations.
2. Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs using analytical tools (Excel, GA4), analyze performance data, and optimize strategies to meet key business objectives.
3. Affiliation & Marketplace Management: Manage digital marketing initiatives for affiliation and marketplace channels, focusing on growth and performance optimization.
4. eCRM & Newsletter Campaigns: Develop and implement eCRM campaigns and newsletters to engage and retain customers while gaining insights into customer behavior.
5. Team Collaboration: Work with the Global digital team to localize content, ensuring consistency with internal Brand and Portfolio strategies for online and offline integration.
Skills & Experience Required
1. Relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or agency work within the Italian market.
2. Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and eCRM best practices; proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and BI tools.
3. Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
4. Ability to analyze data and insights to refine marketing strategies and achieve objectives.
5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
