MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct all pre-investigatory assessment work and prepare documentation required to file cases.
2. Independently handle civil and commercial court and arbitration cases in all stages.
3. Mediate dispute resolution cases
4. Structure, draft, review and negotiate commercial agreement.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
5. Holder of University Law Degree. LPC, BAR or LLM will be considered an advantage.
6. Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
7. Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
8. Substantial hands-on experience (ideally 5+ years) of independent handling of litigation proceedings (preparation of pleadings, preparation for hearings and handling of hearings).
9. Competency and experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements.
10. Independence, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
11. Driving license and vehicle.
