Mission
The successful PLM Solution Consultant will be responsible for executing professional service engagements supporting customers implementing the Kubix Link platform, including PLM, PIM, DAM, and Kubix Board. Responsibilities include discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, training, issue resolution, upgrades, and support hand-off. The role involves coordinating integrations with third-party software via API, in collaboration with customers’ IT departments and internal teams.

Essential responsibilities
* Establish effective relationships with clients and key resources
* Lead the design and implementation of the Kubix Link platform, conducting working sessions to identify application requirements
* Maintain detailed project documentation, including to-do lists, issues logs, and status reports
* Lead and document project team meetings
* Coach customers on industry and application best practices
* Ensure smooth change management through effective training and support in live environments
* Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, PLM Technical team, and Customer Care
* Travel to client sites as needed
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in management, computer science, engineering, or related fields; a Master’s degree is a plus
* At least 3 years of experience in implementing enterprise software solutions such as PLM/PDM, ERP, CRM, or IT; consulting experience is preferred
* Ability to analyze issues and system environments
* Problem-solving attitude
* Strong communication, listening, and relational skills, with an empathetic approach
* Understanding of business processes
* Experience or understanding of the Fashion Industry and its processes is a plus
* Excellent critical thinking and ability to evaluate profitability versus risk
* Decision-making skills
* Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
