Your role will encompass collaborating and nurturing various stakeholders in order to boost our ecommerce presence and strengthen our position in the online pharmacy market. /p h3E-commerce sales and planning /h3 ul liDevelop and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales, including identifying target audiences, analyzing market trends and competitor activities /li liPL accountability: full responsibility from top line to gross profit; coordination and tracking of different cost line in order to ensure an effective reporting /li liCollaborate with CCO and CMCO on crafting and monitoring budget/periodical forecast /li liMonitor and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value using tools such as Google Analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. /li liCreate and optimize product listing, product selection and display to improve sales performances /li liStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce, and recommend innovative strategies and tools to enhance business performance. /li liGenerate regular reports to provide insights into key metrics and make data-driven decisions /li liCollaborate with the Marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales /li liCollaborate with Product Owers to implement websi /li /ul h3Marketplace Management /h3 ul liCraft Marketplace strategy for Italian market. /li liOwn the entire Profit Loss of Marketplace channel. /li liManage relationship with various online marketplace platforms besides, sourcing and negotiating new contracts for strategic partnerships/sellers. /li liPartnering with Head of Commercial/Marketing, optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities on Marketplace channel. /li liCooperate with HQ on Marketplace topics over updates and industry best pratices. /li liEnsure an optimized assortment strategy the maximizes sales and margin over a Product/Category over country and region level through specific channel plans. /li liCollaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders. /li /ul h3Requisiti /h3 ul li+5 years of e-commerce experience /li liBachelors/Masters degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field. /li liProven track record of success in e-commerce and/or Marketplace management /li liFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools /li liKnowledge of online sales dynamics and category management /li liSolid organizational and analytical capabilities /li liData-driven focus in decision-making process /li liOutstanding presentation skills, ability to influence internal/external stakeholders (different level, from operative to C level) /li liStrong collaboration, negotiation and communication skills /li liSelf-confident, proactive, able to work in autonomy and under pressure /li liFluent English (written and spoken) /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liMake your impact!
