Whether it’s for each other or our customers, we put always People First. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liDefine and deploy Quality strategy for Services product lines aligned with Transit Quality Strategy, including continuous improvement plans and cultural transformation initiatives /li liMonitor and control Quality performance through KPIs across Customer interface, Engineering, and Project Management to achieve customer targets and ensure on-time deliverables /li liManage Customer Quality Interface as primary representative for quality matters, ensuring professional meeting preparation, achievement of committed targets, and timely escalation of issues /li liLead quality organization including PQE, Product Quality teams, and Regional Quality network while developing, training, and coaching team members on quality excellence /li liEnsure QMS compliance across Services Sites and Transit QMS while supporting Quality BPO for process and tools deployment /li liManage Safety cases and Hot issues until LLC implementation is secured, with proper escalation from OU/PL to Regions/Transit level /li liOwn quality budget including preparation, execution, and follow-up aligned with product line strategy /li liExercise stop/release authority for any Process/Product/Project (APQP) within the Product Line and all Operating Units to ensure quality standards /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field /li liExtensive experience in quality management within production/industrial settings, particularly in Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, or similar sectors /li liStrong background in Project Management and/or continuous improvement methodologies /li liProven ability to navigate complex, international matrix organizations /li liFluent in English (written and verbal) /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pLegal authorization to work in EU is required.
