Today, we are part of Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG), with a diverse team of over 7,000 people from 90 countries. /p h3Get to Know our Team /h3 pThe Performance Marketing Team of Agoda is a world leader in online marketing, highly data-driven and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels. /p h3In this role, you’ll get to /h3 ul liDefine marketing strategy for the Flights vertical (outside of pricing) /li liSpearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s Flights business on different channels (e.g., CRM, Paid Performance marketing) /li liConduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights /li liDevelop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth /li liPartner closely with various business functions, especially Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply, to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau to drive meaningful initiatives /li liMonitor and report on the effectiveness of business initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement /li liCommunicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management /li liLead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers; participate in hiring and onboarding new team members /li /ul h3What you’ll need to succeed /h3 ul liExtensive experience: 8+ years in a data analytics position or projects involving large data sets—preferably in the tech, e‑commerce, or digital marketing industry. /li liBachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, math, engineering, economics, or finance. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and generate impactful recommendations. /li liProficient in business intelligence tools and data warehousing (SQL, Tableau, MS Excel). /li liExceptional writing and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations. /li liStakeholder management: Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and persuade across levels, including senior management, with proven commercial acumen. /li liPeople management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing team members. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset: Proactive, ownership‑driven attitude with a get‑thing‑done mindset. /li /ul h3It’s great if you have /h3 ul liExperience in digital or social media marketing. /li liExperience in the online travel or e‑commerce industry. /li liExperience in hypothesis testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and using Python/R for data manipulation and analysis. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pAt Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
