We are seeking a Radar Architect and System Engineer.
Candidate Profile
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with significant experience in system architecture and engineering
Leadership qualities with a collaborative approach to team development
Responsible, proactive, and persuasive
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
Key Competencies
Understanding of operational concepts and technical strategies
Experience with operational analysis, co-engineering, and modeling tools (e.g., MBSE)
Familiarity with integration, verification, validation, qualification, and Agile methodologies
Ability to contextualize project actors within political, economic, social, technical, environmental, and legal perspectives
System Architecture Responsibilities
As a System Architect at Thales, you will:
Define and recommend architectures aligned with stakeholder expectations, standards, technology roadmaps, and business strategies
Develop solution architectures, balancing stakeholder needs, technical solutions, costs, risks, and schedules, and document these decisions
Support solution development and co-engineering approaches
Manage requirements, performance evaluations, interface definitions, and stakeholder negotiations throughout the project lifecycle
