PpThe ServiceNow Project Manager is responsible for the bend-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations /b, leading projects from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support. The role requires bproven hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow implementations as a Project Manager /b, strong delivery discipline, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments. /p pThe Project Manager will operate with minimal oversight, bindependently leading ServiceNow projects and owning delivery outcomes /b while working closely with the Delivery Director and ServiceNow Consulting teams to execute the overall delivery strategy. /p h3bDuties/Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liBuild, manage, and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at project and senior leadership levels. /li liAct as the bprimary point of accountability /b for ServiceNow project delivery, managing expectations, risks, and day-to-day delivery activities. /li liEnsure clear, consistent communication across business, technical, and executive stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ul h3bProject Planning Delivery /b /h3 ul liLead bfull lifecycle ServiceNow implementations /b, including planning, design, build, test, deployment, and post-go-live support. /li liDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resourcing models aligned to agreed scope and delivery approach. /li liMonitor delivery progress, proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to protect delivery outcomes. /li liManage scope and change in a controlled manner, ensuring alignment to business objectives and contractual commitments. /li /ul h3bTeam Leadership Delivery Coordination /b /h3 ul liLead cross-functional delivery teams, including ServiceNow consultants, technical specialists, client resources, and third-party suppliers. /li liProvide clear direction, prioritisation, and decision-making to maintain delivery momentum and quality. /li liFoster collaboration and high performance through effective leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement. /li /ul h3bGovernance, Reporting Quality /b /h3 ul liProvide regular, structured project reporting to the Delivery Director, Programme Director, Steering Committees, and other stakeholders. /li liEnsure adherence to delivery governance, quality standards, and ServiceNow implementation best practices. /liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, financial tracking, status reports, and lessons learned. /li liManage project-level change requests, assessing impact on scope, cost, timeline, and resources. /li liOwn delivery risks and issues, acting as the bfirst point of escalation /b and escalating appropriately when required. /li liDrive timely resolution of complex delivery challenges while balancing delivery constraints and customer expectations. /li /ul h3bRequired Skills/Abilities /b /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Math or Information Technology /li libDemonstrable experience delivering ServiceNow implementations as a Project Manager /b, with accountability for end-to-end delivery. /li liStrong understanding of ServiceNow delivery lifecycles and implementation best practices. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels. /li liProven ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies across complex delivery environments. /li liExperience leading small to medium-sized, cross-functional project teams. /li liSolid understanding of project governance, quality assurance, and delivery frameworks. /li liExperience delivering ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or related workflows. /li liServiceNow certification(s) and/or formal project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, etc.). /li liExperience working in consulting /li liServiceNOW Certification /li /ul pMontreal Associates is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
