Each day, you will identify trends and problems and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of the specific factory/manufacturing site. /p pThe work model for the role is: bhybrid /b /p pThis role is contributing to the BL Power Distribution in ELSP Division bin Italy /b. Main stakeholders are bthe team members of Manufacturing Unit in Frosinone. /b /p pYou will be mainly accountable for: /p ul liAnalyzes business performance versus plan and recommends improvement actions, including KPI benchmarking against competitors and other ABB sites. /li liLeads financial analyses to identify performance drivers and market trends. /li liPrepares financial models for various scenarios, focusing on product/business line profitability, costing, production variances, and inventory/absorption analyses. /li liSupports financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. /li liEnsures accuracy of financial and business data through reconciliations and exception reviews. /li liProvides management with insights by compiling data, preparing reports, and presenting analyses and recommendations. /li liEnhances productivity by developing automation solutions, removing duplications, and coordinating information flows. /li liEnsures proper processes, controls, and documentation are maintained in line with organizational requirements and audit standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications for the role /h3 ul liYou have b2-5 years of experience /b in Controlling, Reporting, Accounting, or a similar finance function, ideally in an international environment. /li liYou possess strong knowledge of bfinancial analysis /b, including balance sheet review, reconciliations, accruals, margins, cost analysis, and cash flow. /li liYou enjoy working on bprocess improvements, standardization /b, and enhancing reporting or file structures. /li liYou have very good bExcel skills /b; experience with financial systems and automation tools is an advantage. /li liYou hold a university degree in bFinance, Controlling, Economics, Accounting /b, or a related field. /li liExcellent communication skills in bEnglish /b (required) and bItalian /b (required). /li liYou are detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple deadlines. /li liYou are skilled at summarizing complex data and collaborating with various stakeholders. /li /ul pWe value people from different backgrounds.
