Duties and Responsibilities
Provide corrective service for a wide range of industrial products, performing hands-on maintenance as required and resolving complex issues. The role may involve installing new systems, including networking, as well as diagnosing a broad range of customer issues, both software- and hardware-related.All tasks must be carried out in accordance with the company's technical and quality standards and procedures, with the goal of delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork with customers to identify issues and develop and implement appropriate technical solutionsRespond to service calls or escalate them within agreed timeframesPerform installation and maintenance of customer systems, e.g. PCs and mobile devicesDevelop and maintain customer relationships, identifying opportunities to extend existing service agreementsSupport the development of testing and repair processesLiaise with help desks, support services, and support centersPerform troubleshooting and issue resolution
Requirements and QualificationsMinimum 2 xjrgpwk years of experience as a field service representative or in a similar roleProficiency in English and ItalianExperience in handling, maintaining, and safeguarding technical equipmentStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable using mobile tools and applications
