Ph3Talent Acquisition Employer Branding Specialist (HQ) /h3 pFor the Headquarter office, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Employer Branding Specialist with a data-driven approach, capable of managing end-to-end National and International recruitment processes. Reporting to the relevant Manager, the role will work continuously with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, HR Management, and Line Managers (both national and international). /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liMapping candidates with skills aligned and consistent with business needs. /li liSupport of assigned recruitment processes: gathering requirements from the internal client, analyzing the job description, screening and interviews (phone/Teams/in-person), coordinating steps with Line Managers and HRBPs until the process closure. /li liSourcing and scouting on ATS and external channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), including the search for passive talent and proactive recruiting with the construction of medium/long-term pipelines. /li liDrafting and publishing posting of advertisements on career sites and agreed recruiting channels (e.g., LinkedIn, university platforms, external companies). /li liSupport in managing external partners: staffing agencies, search and selection/headhunter companies, HR service providers. /li liAnalysis of recruiting KPIs (e.g., time to hire, quality of hire, funnel) and reporting to the HR Recruitment Manager and HR Directorate, using the data to improve processes and channels. /li liEmployer Branding: building and overseeing the company's value proposition and external image. /li liSupport with Academy talent attraction: cooperation with universities, schools, masters programs; participation/organization of career days, open days, active presentations at workshops and company and site visits. /li liSupport Candidate experience: designing clear, consistent, and respectful selection processes; nurturing relationships even with candidates not selected. /li liSupport Database open positions: supervising revision/update of the CV database and the “Open Positions” section on the dedicated ATS and University platforms. /li liCollaboration in designing attraction and selection initiatives for internal training paths (e.g., Graduate Program, development programs). /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liKnowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing, and proactive recruiting. /li liExperience in managing structured interviews (screening/motivational) and support in selection phases with Hiring Manager and HR. /li liKnowledge of Employer Branding principles and candidate experience. /li liAbility to report and analyze recruiting KPIs; good command of Excel and PowerPoint. /li liGood knowledge of the English language (at least B2 level). /li liFamiliarity with HR tools: ATS and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter); familiarity with HR applications (e.g., Oracle HCM) is appreciated. /li liKnowledge and application of Recruiting Selection procedures/policies and orientation to standardize and improve processes. /li liKnowledge of Aptitude and Behavioral Tests for Assessment is appreciated. /li liKnowledge of the National Collective Labor Agreement and labor regulations, with a focus on Metalworking and/or Construction. /li liKnowledge of competitors and the labor market in the relevant sectors. /li liKnowledge of staffing agencies and the main recruitment and selection players. /li liKnowledge of assessment techniques. /li liUnderstanding of AI applications in recruiting and ability to evaluate new HR technologies. /li /ul h3Transversal Skills /h3 ul liEffective communication and relational quality. /li liAbility to relate and influence different stakeholders. /li liTeamworking in cross-functional contexts. /li liSystemic vision and orientation towards continuous improvement. /li liAdaptability, continuous learning, and digital skills. /li liAccountability and independent management of priorities. /li /ul pAvailability for travel within the country or abroad. /p h3What We Offer /h3 pIntegration into a structured and International environment, with the possibility to contribute concretely to the evolution of Talent Acquisition processes and Employer Branding initiatives. /p pWorkplace: HQ Cesena, FC /p pTrevi Group is an equal opportunity employer.
